APABA Volunteer Opportunity, Union Rescue Mission, Sat., 5/23 (NEW DATE!)

The APABA and the SGV Cal Alumni groups will be volunteering for the 5:45 am shift again at the Union Rescue Mission again on Saturday, May 23 (NOTE THE NEW DATE FOR MAY ONLY!  normally the third Saturdays of each month for 2009).  Mindy Vanderhoven, the URM’s volunteer coordinator, has offered to give a tour of the facility afterwards for those who are interested. 

Please RSVP to Deborah Yim as indicated below: (1) if you plan to volunteer, (2) the names of anyone else who are volunteering with you, and (3) if you would like to tour the facility after the volunteer session.

*Volunteers may park in the URM’s parking structure; drive up to the front and wait for the gate to open.  If visitor parking is full, volunteers may also park in the staff spots.
